13th National Transportation Planning Applications Conference

How To Sponsor or Exhibit

The conference brings together more than 400 transportation planners, specialists and decision makers from public and private sectors throughout the country. In 2015, in Atlantic City, these key people will meet to learn about and discuss practical applications related to transportation planning. We will have over 115 technical presentations plus four workshops during the five-day conference.

You can choose from two options to ensure your business has great visibility at this event and to participate in its success.
  1. Become a sponsor partner by completing the Sponsorship Agreement Form and/or
  2. Rent an exhibit booth to present your products, software and services by completing the Exhibitor Agreement Form. Checkout the booth floor plan below.

All sponsors will be listed on the Conference website, Conference program and at the registration desk.

The vendor area will include 15 - 10' x 10' booths with pipe and drape, power, 6 foot table with skirting, two side chairs and sign. The cost of each booth is $900 which includes one free registration. All persons working in the booth must register. The layout of the vendor area is shown below, with 15 marked vendor locations.
